Shipping to Norway (VOEC)

Shipping to Norway (VOEC)

We are VOEC (VAT on ecommerce) registered in Norway.

Each item in your basket valued below or equal 3,000NOK:
For all orders with each item in the order valued below or equal to 3,000NOK we will charge shipping fees and collect Norwegian VAT at checkout. For the VAT handling we are using the Norwegian VOEC system and you will not have to pay any additional charges to the delivery service at the point of delivery.

Any item in your basket valued above 3,000NOK:
If a single item in your order has a value of above 3,000NOK, the whole order will be sold excl. VAT and you will have to pay Norwegian import VAT (plus an admin charge) to the delivery company.

Prices in the store will be shown including VAT, if your basket exceeds the VOEC limit as described above, we will deduct the VAT at checkout.

What happens if the courier company still wants to charge me import VAT?
In some cases despite having collected VAT upfront and added the VOEC number to the shipment, the courier company ignores that and still wants to charge you import VAT again. In the first instance, please contact them and ask why they didn't use the provided VOEC number. If that doesn't work and they insist on charging VAT, please pay it to release the order from customs and contact us via support@onetwo3d.co.uk, so we can refund you the VAT payment.

New VOEC Rules (1st of January 2024)
Due to the latest changes in VOEC rules which came into force on 1st of January 2024, certain products (LDO frames, large Linneo printer panels, Clicky Clacky Door panels) can (hopefully only temporarily) not be delivered to Norway.
